Access is granted through a paid subscription or one-time purchase via our payment provider Paddle.com, which acts as our Merchant of Record.
2. Account Access
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and for all activities that occur under your account.
For Telegram bot services, access is linked to your Telegram account ID.
3. Intellectual Property
All content provided on the Site or via Telegram bots (including datasets, code, and chatbot responses) is the intellectual property of crypto-fundraising.info and may not be resold without written permission.
4. Payment & Billing
Payments are processed securely via Paddle, and the billing terms are defined at the point of checkout. Paddle is responsible for invoicing, tax collection, and order management.
5. Restrictions
You agree not to:
- Share account or bot access with others
- Use the data for unlawful purposes
- Attempt to reverse-engineer the chatbot, Telegram bot, or analytics backend
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms, without a refund.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site or bots constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

- Monthly or yearly subscriptions to Telegram bots (once activated)
2. Exceptions
Refunds may be considered:
- If the product was inaccessible due to a technical issue for more than 48 hours
- If you were charged more than once

3. Paddle as Merchant of Record
All payments and refund requests are processed by Paddle.com. You may also be contacted by Paddle for refund approval.
