Decentralized meme token Shiba Inu raised $12M in a funding round from P2 Ventures (Polygon Ventures), Mechanism Capital, Big Brain Holdings, Shima Capital, Animoca Brands, Morningstar Ventures, Woodstock, DWF Ventures, Stake Capital, Comma3 Ventures.

Shiba Inu, originally a decentralized meme token, is expanding its ecosystem by developing a new Layer 3 blockchain. This blockchain leverages fully homomorphic encryption (FHE) technology from Zama, addressing issues of privacy and trust within its community of millions of users while aiming to comply with regulatory standards.
