AIVIVE Completes $8M Institutional Funding Round

Recursive AI protocol Aivive raised $8M in a funding round led by Vega Ventures, UZ capital, BMFoundation (Bluemont), Echo3, Greenwood Global Capital, with participation from ConsenSys, OKX Ventures (ex OKEx Blockdream Ventures), Draper Dragon, No Limit Holdings (NLH), MARBLEX Corp., Fenbushi Capital, ARPA Official, Arweave.

AIVIVE, an AI Agent and Recursive AI Protocol project, has completed an $8 million institutional funding round.

According to the ChainCatcher report, Vega Ventures led the round with $3 million, while Greenwood Global Capital, Echo3 Labs, UZ Capital, and Bluemount co-invested a total of $5 million.

The new funding will support AIVIVE’s continued development of AI infrastructure, intelligent routing systems, and its self-developed proprietary framework agreement, AVVP. The framework is designed to support coordination across data and execution environments, enabling real-time scheduling of multi-source data and more seamless interaction across heterogeneous environments.

AIVIVE is also building an AI creator platform that combines AI-generated content, creator tools, wallet functions, and an on-chain AVV token economy. The project aims to connect platform usage with a transparent on-chain economic loop, where a portion of platform revenue may be directed into AVV buyback and burn activity.

The funding round strengthens AIVIVE’s position in the AI and Web3 ecosystem as it continues to expand its product development, infrastructure roadmap, community growth, and external listing initiatives.
